We know you are health conscious and we offer a variety of fitness programs but one cannot achieve optimal health with exercise alone. That’s why we are now offering classes on nutrition and health that you can combine with your work out for better results.

Come to an informative seminar at the Community Center July 9th at 6:30pm and learn how you can quickly prepare delicious food that’s good for you so your health can gradually and effortlessly improve.
Good health begins with good nutrition and our health coach Annie McPhail will tell you why. She will also lead a series of classes so you can learn hands on how to make the food that will give your body all it needs to be well.
