Union Chapel will hold their 12th annual  Fall Fair on Saturday, October 6 from 9:30 to 12:30

There will be a bake sale, raffle, a Trifles and Treasures table from the thrift shop and arts and crafts vendors.

LUNCH ~~grilled hot dogs, baked beans, cole slaw and potato salad~~ will be served from 11:15 until 12:30.

UC is looking for crafters to have tables at the fair.  If you are creative, please sign up.

Fishers Island International Coastal Clean Up Day is Saturday September 15, 2012.  Tatiana Lema is the coordinator. Please come to the Transfer Station between the hours of 7:30 am to 4:30 pm to pick up garbage bags, gloves and data sheet (trash picked up needs to be documented) and to drop off your bags full of trash. We had a great turn out last year, lets make even better this year. You can choose any area that you wish to help clean up. South Beach, Race Point, Isabella Beach, Chocomount Beach, Ponds, any location you want.

If you're on Fishers Island this weekend, this is just a reminder that our current artists in residence will have their studios open from 5-7 pm Saturday, September 1st (today).

Both studios are located in the Ferry Annex building, the former home of ferry reservations.
